GOG is giving away the entire Shadowrun trilogy through Monday.

The day of goblinification has arrived, but alas, no one has turned into a troll or an orc. Fortunately, GOG is giving away all three games in the Shadowrun Returns trilogy over the next few days, giving us all a taste of the cyberpunk goblin fantasy.

GOG is currently in the final days of its summer sale, and the games on big discount, and you can also get "Shadowrun Returns," "Shadowrun Dragonfall - Director's Cut," and "Shadowrun Hong Kong" for free until Monday, June 28, at 1 p.m. (UTC). [Harebrained Schemes' revival of the classic tabletop setting, which began with 2013's "Shadowrun Returns," was a solid, if technically lacking, RPG. But the in-between piece, "Dragonfall," is an all-timer, telling a great tale of crime, intrigue, and dragons in the heart of Berlin.

"I will remember 'Dragonfall' for a long, long time," wrote T.J. Hafer in his review of Dragonfall. If the subject of great RPG stories came up, I would put it in the same league as "Dragon Age" and "Knights of the Old Republic. It may lack the flair and cinematic drama of the big-budget productions, but it lacks none of the heart."

All three films can be obtained by visiting GOG's website by Monday. And if story-driven, turn-based RPGs are still a bit too "modern" for you, don't worry - GOG is also offering big discounts on older ZX Spectrum titles.
