Oculus Quest 2, or Meta Quest 2, is not a very big sale. In fact, the price increased by $100 in early 2022, which Meta says will help it "continue to invest and move the VR industry forward." This Cyber Monday is a rare opportunity to get the Meta Quest 2 headset for under $400 and with two free games.

This Cyber Monday Meta Quest 2 bundle is $50 off the retail price of the 12GB model, bringing it down to $350. This may not seem like much, but it also comes with the popular VR games Beat Saber and Resident Evil 4 VR for free. This is a great combo: Resident Evil 4 is one of the best games of all time, and by all accounts the VR port is a great piece of work. The RE4 VR normally costs $40, so this bundle is a great deal in that regard; BeatSaber normally sells for $30, but its inclusion in this bundle is less appreciated; in return for the price increase, Meta promises that all purchasers will get the game for free until the end of 2022.

Still, the bundle is not a good deal.

Still, with the hardware discount and the free RE4 VR, that's a savings of about $90. If you have a time machine, you might as well go back in time to before 2022 and buy Meta Quest 2 at the old price.

Unfortunately, there is no exciting competition to push down the price of Meta Quest 2, as retailers are mostly sticking to the same pricing for this bundle offer. Right now, the lowest price is $350.
