Original post Epic is still a few hours away from releasing today's mystery free game, but the official Epic Games Store Twitter account couldn't contain its anticipation and spilled the news a little early, confirming rumors that it's GTA 5.

The ad has been removed, but since nothing really dies on the Internet, we post it here courtesy of Wario64.

Despite being released on PC five years ago, GTA 5 is consistently in Steam's top 10 most popular games and still boasts more active players than ever.

But if you don't have it in your game library yet, you can get it at the Epic Games Store starting today through May 21. This is because GTA Online is currently experiencing a strange situation where players are plotting an alien invasion.
