Kingdom Under Fire: Crusaders" PC version to be released soon

It took 10 years for "Kingdom Under Fire 2" to be released on PC, but it was worth the wait. You won't have to wait that long for "Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders": developer Blueside announced today that the action RTS, originally released for the original Xbox in 2004, will soon be available for PC.

"Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders" pits the Human Alliance against the Dark Legion in a real-time battle for control of Versia. Players each control two nations, armies and individual heroes with the power to turn the tide of war, although the PC release will have full keyboard and mouse support (or you can use a controller, just like the old Xbox) and HD resolution, otherwise, it will be a "port of the original release experience" to the PC.

While the experience may be dated, and RTSs tend to hold up better than many other genres, 16 years is a very long time for a video game: the Xbox version of "Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders" received a Metacritic 81 overall on Metacritic.

The PC version of "Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders" has no release date yet, but Blueside says it will be released in the first quarter of 2020, which means it will be available in about two months, at the end of March. While we wait, you can learn more about the game at blueside.net.
