Elden Ring to appear at Taipei Game Show next month

Announced at E3 2019, The Elden Ring is perhaps From Software's most ambitious RPG yet. Not only is it a collaboration with "Game of Thrones" creator George R.R. Martin, but it is also the studio's first foray into a more expansive open-world format. As such, the thirst for information seems more frenzied than in previous From games, but the information drought seems to be coming to an end.

Elden Ring will be part of Sony's exhibit at the Taipei Game Show next month. The show will take place between February 6 and 9, and while the game will not be playable at the show, it appears that at least a new trailer will be shown.

While it's been a while since we've heard anything about this game, Target recently announced a release date of June 30, 2020. While far from confirmed, the game has been in development since 2017 (just after the final DLC for Dark Souls 3 was released), which is probably within the realm of possibility given how quickly From Software is producing games.
